Good girls go to Heaven. Bad girls go everywhere.

The in's and out's, up's and down's and high's and low's that happen to be my life.

Wow, amazing watching things you usually see on tv happen in front of your eyes.
Bill and I stopped at a red left hand turn lane and watched as the lady in front of us drove her car into the intersection, on the red, turn in front of oncoming traffic, and have her SUV get hit and fly into the air. I already had my cell phone out as I was going to call my sis and had 911 on the line before her car completely landed on the ground. As Bill and I are both trained first responders, we stopped to help. Bill drove round the mess and parked. My "gear" (gloves and cpr mask) was in my other car but fortunately the CPR wasn't neccesary. She had lacerations, a pretty good head lac and complained of rib, leg and neck pain. I stablized her neck and waited for the fire department to arrive. Bill checked on the other driver but as he already had several people around him, backed off. Once the fire dept arrived I handed her off. The Highway Patrol called a little while ago to get the rest of the report and told me she will be okay. Stitches, pulled muscles, but no broken bones. I just hope she isn't mad at me that I let the officer know that SHE had run the red. :o( She apparently thought it was green.

In other news...I have lost more weight....and I am starting to move my big butt and exercise. I hate it. Adjusting to new and healthier eating has actualy been much, much easier. Draggin my butt out of bed in the morning, that's another story~
