Wow....there's been a polar shift in my friend the last two days. He is almost acting "Normal" and me being me...that has me worried. I'm going to ask him about it tonight when he calls. Either a.) he has accepted his condition and surgery and is finally dealing with it or b.) he isn't thinking about it at all..ie avoiding the issue. I sure hope it's A.

Took the kids to the eye docs today. My oldest no longer needs glasses. My "middlist" still needs them but her eyes have shown definite improvement and my little guy, poor him, is almost as blind as I am. WHile his eyes didn't get worse...they certainly didn't improve. Here's hoping that by the time he is a teenager they have advanced on laser treatments and he can have at least, a smaller prescription.

Bill is off work with me for the next few days...It's been nice getting to actually sleep in the same bed, at the SAME TIME. He has alot of next weekend off as well. How he managed to get so many "mini burns" is beyond me...but I am not complaining

I'm off to amend my taxes...seems I cashed a savings bond for $87.64 that I forgot to include on our original return....dog gone it...Now I will owe Uncle Sam about $1.12...lol...far as I'm concerned, he can just bill me.
